You are probably here because you want to send a gift but your Browser can't see the Form on the other page. That's OK, you can send me the information the old fashioned way, by email. Simply Highlight the information below the Title "Send This Info", including the Agreement, do a Copy (Control C) and Paste it (Control V) into an Email. (Don't bother copying the instructions.) Send it to: dtamp-admin "at" comcast "dot" net - (replacing "at" with "@" and dot with ".") After you sent the email click below to proceed to the Payment Processor to send your gift. |

Payment Processor?Here is where you let me know how you are going to send the money. At this time the only Processor accepted is PayPal. (for example write in..) Payment Processor: PayPal 5. Image Source?Please provide your picture or logo to appear on the website. If possible send an image, preferably a .JPG that is 48 pixels by 48 pixels. Go to the "Help" section to learn some ways to adjust the picture as needed. You can resize an image you have, easily, by going to Pic Resize 2.0 and create one to send me. If you are unable to send an image that is the correct size, please send a couple of dollars extra to cover the time it will take for me to convert the picture. It would really make my day. Thanks! Regarding what to write in the info email:  (c).If you do not want to include a picture and only want to be a long, lost friend and also a contributor, sending some money as a free gift donation.
